The law of preparation is also called legal preparation. According to this law, “the learner learns when he is willing to learn.” This law states, “If a field unit is willing to lead, because it does, it is satisfactory, if a field unit is not willing to lead for it, it is boring.” In fact, the preparation is related to the condition of the individual, especially his nervous system. An individual can only learn if he is willing to learn. Until a child is physically and mentally ready, he cannot learn because his experiences will be boring, unsatisfying, and unpleasant. Physical maturity has control over an individual`s muscle. When a small child learns to stand, their muscles must be mature enough. To play with a ball, there should be both types of maturity in children. In the same way, physical preparation and mental preparation are essential in the athlete. Motivation is also the main aspect of preparation. For teachers to expect their students to master the lesson, they must first master their material.
When it comes to teaching English, as long as a person is proficient in the rules of grammar and parts of the language, they can easily construct a sentence. Therefore, it is highly recommended to master them. In fact, this is what makes the lessons exciting and interesting and keeps so many great teachers coming back every year. Teaching is a creative and intellectual endeavor when teachers are empowered to make decisions about what and how to teach. As a solution to my problem, I organized a catch-up lesson with the slow learners. We look at the different parts of the language, their use and functions. We check grammar rules such as subject-verb agreement. I discovered that they had already learned these things when they were in elementary school, but they easily forgot them because they don`t put them into practice. It`s your job as an instructional designer to create an eLearning course that helps create that willingness to learn.
This can be achieved by: in secondary schools, mainly in small schools, some teachers receive subjects that are not their main subject; to teach. Since they lack sufficient knowledge for the subject they teach, they cannot expect their students to learn easily. According to this law, if the effort in performing a job is pleasant or enjoyable, the individual tries to learn this activity quickly and also learns it. On the contrary, if the result after the effort is painful or full of grief, the individual is not interested in this activity and eventually leaves this activity. In fact, the law of effect is directly related to success and failure. As a step towards success, the individual receives satisfaction, which leads him to learn. While the individual becomes dissatisfied as a result of failure, which is an obstacle on the path to learning, it means that the individual cannot learn this activity properly due to dissatisfaction. Therefore, physical education teachers should be understanding. At first, activities that bring unpleasant and unsatisfactory results should be taught with love and care. The personality of the physical education teacher, his methods and means of teaching and training, and his behavior will determine whether the results of learning this activity will be pleasant and satisfying or unpleasant and unsatisfactory.
When a physical activity is taught using the suppressed or old methods, its results are usually not good. On the contrary, when new teaching methods are applied, children become happier and, therefore, want to learn more. Sports such as gymnastics and wrestling, which seem very difficult at first, can be easily taught if the sports teacher teaches training with good equipment and uses good teaching techniques. A teacher must have this knowledge that a student who wants to learn boxing, hurts his nose on the first day of training, will never come to boxing. This does not mean that if we fail in an effort, we cannot learn that activity. There are children who have persistent behavior. These children learn sports even after an unsuccessful attempt. The second part of this law states that unused knowledge is weakened and disappears from memory. “Use it or lose it” isn`t just a random saying: when it comes to learning, it`s totally okay. Your eLearning design should take this into account and give learners the opportunity to use new information in a way that remains. This means repeating information, applying it immediately, or combining new information with existing knowledge.
I work on two classes of two sections each. First section and second section. While we have the same lessons in both sections, I have to vary the strategies I used. The activities I give to students in the first section are different from those in the second section. For example, in literature lessons such as short stories. I give students a simpler and shorter story in the lower section. I am not used to taking the teaching module. I need to change some lessons and activities.
The Readiness Act states that when an organization is ready to act, it is encouraged to do so and annoying for it not to do so. If he is not willing to act, it is annoying to force him to do so. If a child is willing to learn, it is a reinforcement to be able to do so. Not being able to do that is annoying. When you design with these laws in mind, you become a valued designer. Remember them and add them and you can`t lose. Finally, students should always practice writing sentences under the guidance of their teacher. It is also important to show them their mistakes. We have to check their results and let them watch their mistakes. After that, we repeat the process until they master the skill. Then we can say: PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT! What if the secret of life existed but was locked in a box that no one could open? Well, you`d only have about one box, wouldn`t you? And so do you, if you design an eLearning course without considering ease of use.
It doesn`t matter how relevant the information is in a course if your audience can`t access that information. While student engagement and ensuring that content is fully covered are critical to course success, it`s just as important to review and ensure your user interface (UI) is aligned. Taking the time to review and review usability can ensure that your students don`t lose out just because the course is difficult to navigate. Keep in mind that an online learning course is often not a choice for most people. They take this because they have to and will have little patience for assumptions. Make it clear what the user needs to do to progress through the course. Learning is hard enough without the added hassle of having to search for what to click on. This law reminds us that we remember the last (last) material. For this reason, you should be careful to include chapter or unit discussions and build on previous knowledge. This gives your students the opportunity to return to previous material that may have been set aside by information at the end of the unit. Creating a validation exercise that includes both older and newer information increases the likelihood that all information will be recorded. Remember the time when it was proven that the earth was round and not flat.
The concept was almost impossible for the majority of the living to accept. Because once a person has learned something, it is almost impossible to tell him that it is actually different. This is the law of primacy. The law of practice is one of the most effective ways that I think helps students master a lesson. For example, in order for students to construct a sentence, they must first master the different parts of the language, as these are very important parts of English classes. Already in primary school classrooms, these parts of the discourse should be taught and reinforced. Therefore, teachers play an important role.
