Any value to the street policeman is only realized with easy-to-use yet robust software. Combined with wireless technology, Voyager provides access to an unlimited number of databases of law enforcement information. Wishes, warrants, NCIC, vehicle information, crime statistics, local, state, and federal criminal records, even data compiled privately using the subject`s Social Security number are readily available. The system even prioritizes the information it sends back to the agent, based on what may be life-threatening and what is good to know. TriTech Software`s subsidiary, Voyager Systems, has also developed a number of law enforcement apps that can help you do your job a little safer, faster, and more accurately.
Currently, the two most popular law enforcement software applications for handhelds are Aether Systems` PocketBlue and TriTech Software`s Voyager. Both are strong patrol tools that can improve the safety of the public and public servants and make your job easier. Law enforcement software is now available for PDAs that can give you license plate information in 15 seconds while standing on the side of the road in the rain. There are even systems that prioritize what they display first when you use a subject`s operating license, so they show you that the driver is wanted for an attack on a peace officer in another county before showing you their address. Since this law does not contain explicit definitions of “obscene acts”, the police and lower courts are clearly used to harass couples. An ADP is a contract that a defendant can enter into with the prosecutor in certain situations. It is an agreement to “be good” for two years and stick to a few negotiated conditions.
Conditions typically include a probation rating of about $400, payment of repairs to law enforcement, a chemical dependence assessment (and execution), and finally completion of a defensive driving course.
