I can`t find a kit (I saw one in an addition a few months ago, but where is it now?). Well, if it`s the VIN, then you mean roadside approval and not changed to be legal on the road, right? One is listed as 09, but the owner claims it`s NOT road legal (I didn`t think they made a dirt pattern only after 08), the other is a 03, and the owner claims it`s street legal, but is there any way to distinguish it from the VIN number? My condition is pretty crappy on dirt > street conversions, so I`d like to get one that`s legal in 50 factory that you need to figure out what it takes to get street approval in your area.
